Phone an Experium Connection

Call a Connection

Avatars are clickable. If their phone number is available, a phone icon will appear, and you will be able to click on it. On the Web, you will only be able to complete a call if you have enabling call technology, such as Skype.  If using your mobile browser, you can use your mobile phone to complete the call. Any call charges are the user's responsibility.

Web App 

  1. Click on the Connections icon (contact card) on the left side of your screen.
  2. If the Connection has shared their number you will see a phone and can click on it.

Android and iOS

  1. Scroll over on the navigation tab at the bottom of the screen to the Connections tab (contact card).
  2. Click on Connections. 
  3. Click on the Connection you want to phone and if they have shared their phone number, you will see a phone icon and be able to click on it.
