Communicate with a Group

At present, you can only send a Group email from Web app. 

Web App

You can communicate 3 ways:
  1. Via Chat/text - When inside the Group, click the Chat tab on the top navigation bar and send Group chat. **Note: you can create custom Group channels by topic and specific Group members. Learn how by clicking here. Also note, the custom Group channel feature must be enabled by the Group owner (in settings).
  2. Via Group Email (if you are an administrator) - When inside the Group, click the More tab on the white Group navigation bar and then click Email.
  3. Via Group Social Post - When inside the Group, click the plus button at the bottom right.

Android

To send a Group chat/text on Android:
  1. Click the Chat icon at the bottom of your screen. You may need to scroll to the right.
  2. Click Groups and then select your Group.
  3. Click on the Chat icon at the bottom of your screen and send text.
To send a Group Social Board post on  Android:
  1. Click the Groups icon at the bottom of your screen (on the bottom navigation row) and then select your Group.
  2. Click on the Social icon (megaphone) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click on the + button and send your post.
  4. Alternatively, you can create a Social post from the main Social tab. Just select the Group you want to send the post to once you are finished writing it.

iOS

To send a chat (text) on  iOS:
  1. Click the Group icon at the bottom of your screen. You may need to scroll over to it.
  2. Select your Group.
  3. Click on the Chat icon at the bottom of your screen and send text.
To send a Group Social post on  iOS:
  1. Click the Group icon at the bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll over to it).
  2. Click Groups and then select your Group.
  3. Click on the Social icon (megaphone) at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click on the + button and send your post.
  5. Alternatively, you can click on the main Social tab (megaphone on the bottom navigation bar) and then the + button at the top of the screen.
