Create an Event

An Experium Event is an entry on the calendar. It is either standalone or associated with an Experium Group or Experience.

There are multiple types of Events in Experium - ActivityFood & DrinkAccommodation, Transportation, Purchase or Journal.

Web app

  • Within an Experience or Group, you can either click on the plus button located left side of the Summary screen or you can click on Calendar Event under the More tab inside the Experience. Then you choose the type of Event you want to add (Activity, Food & Drink, Accommodation, Flight or Transportation) and fill in all the necessary fields.
  • A standalone Event (not associated with a Group or Experience), you can click on the plus button from the Main Calendar (calendar icon on top system navigation bar) or by simply highlighting the appropriate time and then fill in the fields.
A - Within an Experience or Group
  1. Once inside the Experience (1), click on the Calendar Tab on the left side of the screen (2).
  2. Click the + button bottom left (3). Choose the type of Event (4) - you can add an Activity, Food & Drink, Transportation, Accommodation, Purchase or Journal Entry Calendar Event. Then complete the information in the popup (5).


C - Standalone from the Calendar
  1. From the main screen (not in an Experience or Group), click on the Calendar Tab on the left side of the screen (1).
  2. Click the + button bottom left (2) and choose the type of Experience (3).
  3. Fill in the necessary details in the Create Activity popup (4).
Here you can add an Activity, Food & Drink, Transportation, Accommodation, Purchase or Journal Entry Event.



Android or iOS Mobile

  • Within an Experience, you can click on the + button and choose the type of Event you want to add and fill in all the necessary fields.
  • Within a Group, you can click on the Group Calendar and then the + button.
  • You can also create a standalone Event (not associated with a Group or Experience) by clicking on the + button at the top of the main Calendar page (click on the Calendar icon at the bottom of your main mobile screen).

iOS 

  • Within an Experience, you can click on the + button and choose the type of Event you want to add and fill in all the necessary fields.
  • Within a Group, you can click on the Group Calendar and then the + button.
  • You can also create a standalone Event (not associated with a Group or Experience) by clicking on the + button at the top of the main Calendar page (click on the Calendar icon at the bottom of your main mobile screen).
