View an Experience

Each Experience contains the following tabs:
  • Summary: A snapshot of the experience...contain scrolling tiles of all the elements. 
  • Social: A dedicated social board just for the members of this Experience.
  • Chat: A dedicated chat channel just for the members of this Experience. 
  • People: A list of all of the Members and Viewers of this Experience.
  • Photos: Each Experience gets a dedicated and shared Experience Album. Members can create their own (shareable or private) albums in this area. 
  • Calendar Entries (under More): A visual display of all of the Calendar Entry tiles in this Experience.
  • Lists (under More): Any lists that have been created and shared for this Experience. 
  • Attachments (under More): All documents (pdf's, png's, jpg's) shared with the members of the Experience.
  • Costs: Any attached Expense that members add to their Calendar Entries are summarized in this tab. 
  • Settings: Members can unsubscribe here and Owners/Admins can edit setting or delete/unsubscribe the Experience here. 
 ***Note: As an owner or admin of the Experience, you can choose what tabs are visible for your members under the Settings Tab.

Web App

  • Click on the Experience icon () at the top of your screen. You will then see your Experiences listed in order of date (newest to oldest). Ones with no content (Calendar Events) will appear at the top of the list (as they aren’t dated). Simply click on Experience Tile to open. 

You can sort or search using the Filter area in the right sidebar. You can search by Title, Owner or Tag.


Android and iOS

To view an Experience in Android or iOS: 
  • Click on the Experience icon () at the bottom of the screen. 
  • Click on the + button at the bottom right.  From there you will be prompted with the necessary fields.
