Add Group Role Access

***Note: You will only be able to edit Group settings for Groups that you are the owner or admin of. 

Web App and Mobile Browser

  1. You can create special privileges based on Role.
  2. Go to your Group by clicking on Groups (1) on your main screen. When inside your Group, click on Settings (2). 
  3. Scroll to the Custom Role area (4) and enter your roles. Click in the box, add the role and click enter.
  4. Your roles will appear in the Role Access (5) area where you can grant specific access to the roles you created.
  5. Now you can attach the roles to members of the Group by clicking on People (8) and selecting the Tag icon (9) on the appropriate member. You will see your roles here.

Role Access

  1. You can create special privileges based on Role. Once inside Group, scroll over on the ribbon at the bottom of the screen and select the Settings tab (1).
  2. Simply click on Custom Role in the tag field (10) and add the tags that you want. Click enter after each one.
  3. To add the role to a Group Member, select the People Tag at the bottom of the Group screen (13), select the Member (14), and then Choose Role (15).
