Display Experiences with Individual Calendar Entries/Events

***Note: You will only be able to edit Experience settings for an Experience that you are the owner or admin of.

Show as Individual Calendar Entries

  1. By default, Experium shows all the Events in an Experience together. It appears as a line across the corresponding days with the title of the Experience. It is clickable to get to the details. This is often useful if you have an Experience with many Events in it.
  2. If you wish to see all Events separately on your master Calendar, open up the Experience by clicking on the Experience tab (1) on the main screen.
  3. Once inside the Experience, click on Settings (2).
  4. Finally, scroll down to the appropriate section (3) and check the box.

Android and iOS Mobile

Show as Individual Calendar Entries

  1. By default, Experium bunches together on the main user calendar all the Events in an Experience. It appears as a line across the corresponding days with the title of the Experience. It is clickable to see the details. This is often useful if you have an Experience with many Events in it.
  2. If you wish to see all Events separately listed on your master Calendar, scroll over to the Settings tab (gear) at the bottom of the screen inside the Experience. Then click here (5).
